My Story
I have been a Hatha Yoga Teacher since 2011. I completed my 200 Hour Teacher's training program at the Sivananda Yoga Ashram in Val Morin, Quebec. I have also completed a teacher's training refresher course in 2015 as well a teaching kids training course with the same organization. I have eight solid years of teaching Hatha Yoga yoga style classes. They are generally 1 to 1.5 hour classes which incorporate Pranayama (breathing exercises) such a Anuloma Viloma (alternate nostril breathing) and Kapalabati (breath of fire) as well as the 12 basic postures including the practice of head stand and shoulder stand.
Using my extensive understanding of the human body and psyche, I aim to bring ease and mobility to the body, giving you added strength and flexibility you never thought you had.

Kids Yoga
With the use of yoga games, props, fun and challenging postures and vocal sounds, my kids yoga classes are fun, educational and dynamic experiences for children 3 years old and up. These classes allow the kids to focus and center themselves through various breathing as well visualization techniques, movement and dancing exercises. These are experiences that make kids wanting to come back for more. Classes are 30 to 45 minutes long.
Online classes
In this day and age, online yoga classes have transformed the yoga community. I offer comprehensive classes over Zoom that are both visually and instructionally descriptive. These are not to be missed! Inquire and/or book yours today!
