Class Benefits

The Sivananda Hatha class that I offer teaches the 12 basic postures which many variations can be integrated. It can go up to 36 variations or more. The emphasis however, is not variations but on proper performance of the basic asanas.

Asana is a steady posture that allows inner concentration and awareness.

The sequence of the 12 basic postures practiced in order with concentration and relation brings about proper flow of energy.
